NIDEC SANKYO has always held the principle that giving priority to product quality will undoubtedly earn the trust of our customers, and for this reason we established quality management systems early on in as shown by the awarding of the Deming Prize for total quality management to all of our divisions in 1976. In February 1994, NIDEC SANKYO’s magnetic card reader operations were the first in our company to receive certification under the ISO 9000 series, and since then all operations have been certified under this series including our overseas subsidiaries.
The effective implementation of our quality management system ensures that all employees receive thorough quality control training, demonstrating the measures our group companies are implementing to further improve product quality. We strive to improve all processes on a daily basis, and these include everything from development/design to production, sales and after-service, all in order to ensure that NIDEC SANKYO can satisfy all of our customers with “high-quality products”.
