We at NIDEC SANKYOhave identified four critical elements to an environmentally sensitive manufacturing system: energy conservation, the efficient use of resources, the reduction of chemical substances, and green procurement. Of equal importance is the incorporation of environmental considerations from as early as the product design stage. In its medium-term management plan as well as its Companywide management philosophy, NIDEC SANKYOplaces the highest priority on the environment.
